Tonkatsu Ramen Fried Rice

Fried rice is a popular dish—and this sweet and savory version is no exception. Loaded with veggies and pork belly, it makes for a satisfying meal on-the-go.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add rice and stir for four minutes until heated through. Add pork belly, tonkatsu sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil and combine. Once combined move the rice to the side of the pan and scramble the eggs. Once eggs are cooked through combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 2
Place finished rice in serving bowl and garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and furikake seasoning.
