Vanilla protein powder

Milk or almond milk

1/2 cup

Toppings:

Simplot Simple Goodness™: Mango Cubes, thawed

Banana, fresh, sliced

Granola, prepared

Coconut, shaved

Kiwi, peeled, sliced

Peanut or almond butter

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and combine thoroughly. Use less milk for a more ice cream-like consistency.

Step 2

Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings.
